“Everything was delivered as promised. Great quality. Only reason not excellent. My cocktail table had a screw piercing through the wood. But I love the furniture I received”

“I purchased an armoire several months ago that had damages to it. They sent someone out who discovered that there were significant damages and it needed to be replaced. It took them several months to replace it, but it was delivered on this past Saturday. The armoire is different in that the doors do not swing out and fold back like the other one. The delivery driver noticed it and pointed it out to us. I think this should have been brought to our attention that we were getting something other than what we had initially purchased. It's ok b/c we still like the piece, I just feel like it should have been brought to our attention instead of trying to pass it off on us.”

“First, let me say I love the sofa and the loveseat very pretty. My items were on time no issue there. The problem I have was some of the material wasn't pulled straight on the sofa and of course on some of the seating pillows as well, which is no big deal about the seating pillows, but on the right side of the sofa, it just looks messy. And I wished it was not so noticeable. Other than that, I do love the set. Sincerely Ms. White”

“Eveything was great except. The captains chairs are not assembled right, they look defective. The left side arms attached to the back rest are coming apart. I called and left a VM. The gentleman in customer service was quick to return my call. The chairs will be replace next weekend.”

“The delivery guys are great, but your delivery prices are ridiculous. Especially with multiple piece orders. It’s not like the truck has to make multiple trips, so why charge a customer for multiple pieces? The on line chat girls , ( Molly and Kathy) are great, super helpful and quick to respond. Your prices are a bit high compared to other providers, unless your lucky enough to find something at the Olive Branch Outlet location.”

“We loved our salesman and the quality of the furniture we bought. Couch, love seat, hutch, bedroom dresser and headboard and footboard. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is we ordered the headboard in September 2021 and were told it wouldn’t be in until April 2022 but we actually didn’t get it until the middle of July 2022.”
