First, let me say I love the sofa and the loveseat very pretty. My items were on time no issue there. The problem I have was some of the material wasn't pulled straight on the sofa and of course on some of the seating pillows as well, which is no big deal about the seating pillows, but on the right side of the sofa, it just looks messy. And I wished it was not so noticeable. Other than that, I do love the set.
