One month after ordering I got a call from the store letting me know my order came in. Unfortunately my order had shipped to their other store in the area and I had a balance that must be paid before they could transfer my order to the store for pick up. I thought this was pretty silly that I was going to have to fix their problem before I could get my order? I told her to just cancel my order and refund my deposit to my credit card. She put me on hold and a nice manager came on that did not know details of why we were speaking. Told her my story and she seemed to be happy to get my order to the store to be picked up without me having to pay the balance first. I still don’t understand this policy and someone needs to look into it… Cheers,
