We visited the Great American Home Store Outlet (Summer Ave in Memphis, TN) on October 16, 2021. We were looking to purchase 2 recliners. The salesperson who helped us was Jeannie Johnson. She was wonderful; greeted us as we entered the store and showed us the many recliners and gave plenty of time to try them out and find the ones we wished to purchase. She quickly wrote up the invoice and took us to the cashier for payment. We opted to have the recliners delivered to our home. The delivery date was set for anytime the day of October 22, 2021. I received to calls confirming the delivery company. Around 11 the morning I received a call from the men who were delivering the chairs and they arrived within 20 min. They brought the chairs in and had them set up in about 10 min. Very efficient and courteous. The whole experience was wonderful.
