Blair was an excellent person to work with. She explained discounts and waiting times and was very polite and knowledgeable. Your price for our Arbor sleigh bed was competitive. Your online service was excellent. Kathy (online) was very helpful and kept us up-to-date on our two purchases (bed and electric recliner). She exemplified excellent customer service. Our only issue was the information not being correct on when our items were arriving and having to reach out for updates.
