I can’t say enough good things about our sales person, Matt Seay. Our furniture purchases were more than a year long process. We started working with Matt when we first start the building our new home in the fall 2020. He was always patient and helpful. We finally began to finalize our purchases in April 2021. First he helped us with select the fabrics our sofa, love seat, and recliners. Next trip we added bedroom furniture. The next purchase was another recliner and a mattress. Last purchase was another mattress. He called us regularly to let us know the expected arrival date for the custom furniture. Yes it took a little longer than first projected but Matt kept us up dated. As the furniture began to come into the warehouse Matt let us know. When all the furniture came in our house still wasn’t ready. So they kept the furniture a few more weeks until the house was ready. When we were ready Matt quickly set up our delivery. The guys who delivered our furniture were super. Set every thing up just where we wanted it. Matt called later to make sure every thing was as expected. We order another stocked bedroom set from another furniture store in Memphis about the same time (April 2021) that we special ordered from the Great American Home Store. That experience was terrible. It took them 3 trips in 2 days and We still only have have only 3 of 7 pieces with an expected delivery date of May 2022. How I wish we had ordered from Matt. We still have a few more items to purchase and we will definitely be buying from Matt.
