Jennifer Johnson kept us updated as what we purchased was all on back order and not in stock. About every 2-3 weeks she would send us a text and provide an update. When our kitchen set came in, and I unpacked it at home, we found 3 chairs damaged, you guys quickly agreed to return them and swap for ones that were in perfect shape. That’s overall to me excellent customer service from the sales side to the warehouse side on getting the furniture. Finally a place that understands customers!!! Great job all around and you will see us again!!
