We bought a couch and reclining chair, the first couch the reclining part was messed up so we called and asked to be brought another one, we were told no!! Because we picked up our own purchase we were required to return it and pick up the second one!! Then the second one had a hole in the center fold down, and had to return that!! So I was responsible for their mistake and faulty product!! THAT is WRONG!!! However our sales lady was amazing, helpful, and did everything she could to help throughout the entire process!! I suggest you look at not penalizing your customer for not choosing your high priced deliver fee!! AGAIN, sales lady was amazing and recommend her highly, the store.....not so much!!
