I was greeted at the door and made welcome. Kevin guided me to lift recliners. I was shown a variety of chairs and the options were throughly explained. We closed the deal in 30 minutes.
The delivery was scheduled. I received a call on their impending arrival. Two delivery men set up my chair quickly, professionally and courteously.
Overall a five star experience.
