I purchased two Sahara electric recliners on April 4, 2022. I picked up one of them the next day and brought it home. When I was installing the battery, I noticed the wiring had exposed wires and a broken connector. It still worked but I was thinking it may be a problem. After a week or so, it would stop working. I called and a service tech came out and looked at the wiring. He came back a week later and replaced the motor and wiring harness, which fixed the problem. The other chair is on back order, expected to be ready around the end of June. The chair is very comfortable and quality furniture. That recliner looks great and it’s really comfortable! My old recliner was causing me to have back aches. This recliner is much more supportive and comfortable. No more back aches! I’m very pleased with my new chair!
