The salesman in the store was great, but everything after that was awful.
The delivery guys were rude and unwilling to work with me to get the couch into my house. They wouldn’t leave the couch, that I paid in full for, at my house either. Then when I called the store to speak with customer service I could never get anyone to return my call or help me.
I did finally get a full refund, including the delivery fee, but it took an act of congress.
