I waited 6 months for my furniture, understanding supply chain constraints. However, when you are provided over 5 delivery within that 6 months time span one can see how someone may become “frustrated”.
After more than 6 months it was delivered on Saturday only to be put together incorrectly. When I questioned the delivery person he assured me it was correct it was just the imbalance of my floor. I recorded and took pictures and sent to the store. The delivery manager confirmed what I stated, it was put together incorrectly.
I had to take off from work and have 2 people from the store and repair it. The key word is REPAIR. Its brand new. Why in the world would it need repairing?!
Excluding the salesperson the worse experience in service I have ever had.
