Denise was not giving us the high-pressure sales routine the last store we visited did with us. In fact, Denise took the time to listen to our needs and down-sold us what we needed as opposed to looking at her commission. She took the time to show us around the store to look for dressers that would work for us after deciding on the bed. We lost under-bed drawers with our new Tempurpedic bed. I felt more at ease working with Denise on this major purchase.
