I am pleased to share that I was both pleasantly surprised and thoroughly pleased with our shopping experience. My husband and I were planning to purchase two mattresses. We left with two complete bedroom suites, plus the mattresses. Tracy was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, AND patient. What took me over the top was the fact that we were in on Sunday and had our furniture on Friday. That is not typical post-Covid. Thank you, Tracy and Great American Homestore, for restoring my hope in good customer service and quality pieces.
