It's shopper freindly and the order was delivered, set up quickly and there was no drama. About what I purchased: I wish I'd known that the mattress was thicker than normal. Why would they keep adding without taking away from the foundation or thinning down the box springs? At this point it seems you still need the box springs but, one day we'll buy a new mattress and need a latter to get on. My husband is 6' tall and it's all he can do to get in bed at night. They should have full setups in the show room to be helpful.
