Mr. Wilikinson was very knowledgeable about recliners. I was looking to purchase an American made recliner, and he informed me of the recliners which were made in the USA. The recliner which I had chosen was not in stock at the Southaven location, but Mr. Wilkinson had the recliner delivered the following day from the Memphis location. Great customer service, and the recliner was delivered as promised!
