We have purchased three rocker recliners at this store over the last few years. As time passed, springs broke on two of the chairs. One chair required the replacement of the bottom metal base of the chair. All that to say this: When we called to schedule an appointment, someone was sent out in a promptly. The individual was pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing. The frame had to be ordered which required a second service call. The same individual came in for the follow-up, did the repair and left in a matter of minutes. The chairs rock and recline just like new. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took between the two calls, but we do not lay that blame at the feet of this store. It was a matter of supply and demand. Getting parts for anything from cars to refrigerators to chairs has slowed down tremendously of late. Homestore cannot control that factor. We have shopped this store for a number of years. In the store they are pleasant and helpful, never pushy. When called in for repairs they are efficient and professional.
