This was my first time buying from Great American HomeStore. This was a very good experience. I inquired online about a piece of furniture and Kathy responded. Kathy helped me find the piece and explained the different ways to pay. I went into the store and worked with Katrina. Again, very helpful and showed me another piece I inquired about as well. Then after my purchase, Kathy followed up with me again to make sure things were good and if I needed further assistance with matching pieces or another room. Very good service.
