Our salesman, John, was very attentive to us as customers and spent as much time with us as needed to be sure we understood the details of the furniture we anticipated buying. He was patient with us over three or four visits to his store and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. On receiving our furniture, there was a minor issue with one of the pieces. When we contacted customer service, they took note of the issue and dispatched a repairman the next day. The repair was completed to our satisfaction very quickly. The repairman, Mr. Hayley, was courteous and made sure we were happy with the repair before he departed.
