The goods I received had problems and after discussing with the manufacturers they said it needed replacing. Green Reaper informed me when it was received but when I went down to pick it up (it is about 30 minutes away so saved waiting in all day for a courier ) it was the wrong one . Green Reaper have kept me informed at every step of the way and I would not hesitate to use them again.
