I ordered an item on a Sunday night using the online store but due to a problem with the internet connection I wasn't sure if it had been processed. A quick call to the very helpful customer services line confirmed it was all OK and would be despatched that day for next day delivery. Sure enough, I got the item at about 11.00 am on the Tuesday. So all in all, I was very happy with the service from the Green Reaper's sales team and FedEx delivery!
