I got good advice form the sales representative re which product was right for me. One of the items I ordered, an Agri-Fab smart system lawn dethatcher/aerator, had a part missing. Your after sales representative was very helpful trying to rectify the problem (which was down to Agri-Fab, not the Green Reaper).
