Honestly the worst customer service team I have ever dealt with! Considering the amount of money they charge for their services I am absolutely shocked by the appalling communication. I have been emailing, calling and using the web chat for the past month to try and reschedule an appointment with zero successful.
Please believe the previous reviews, once they have your money you will be sent straight to the bottom of their priority list.
