Do not even enquire as this company is a massive scam and unorganised waste of time. I have been waiting for a refund for nearly 2 months and still not got it back. I have been contacting the company with no response and will have to take legal action soon. I inquired about the price of rhinoplasty and was given a cost but was told I needed a consultation to confirm (consultation is paid for whether you go ahead with surgery or not). I arrived at my consultation and the surgeon was over an hour late to see me, and then I found out he didn't even perform the surgery I asked for. I had to wait 2 weeks for a new consultation and made sure Harley Med checked that the new surgeon actually performed the correct surgery this time. I was then given a price and decided to go ahead with it. I was given a deadline to pay all the money upfront so I did. After I paid (a large amount of money) they called me and said that the surgeon might perform the surgery a different method and I have to pay them an additional £2000 to go ahead with the new surgery. It was a ridiculous call to try and get more money out of me so as I still had time to cancel and get a refund, I did. I had lost all faith in this company. The refund is minus the consultation cost so lost money here. They told me it could take 28 days to refund me the remainder. I had no contact after 28 days so emailed and they changed it to 28 working days. It has now been nearly 2 months and I have been contacting them with no response. It is a really large amount of money for them to hold on to and I am getting more worried I have been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I had a breast reduction with The Harley Medical Group in August 2021. The intial consultation was great and the Surgeon Ranjeet Jeevan put my mind at ease and we discussed at length my reduction and what I would like my desired cup size to be, I said ideally I want a B but no bigger than a C. Within the consultation Ranjeet told me how it would all work, about the procedure and the aftercare. He also made it clear if for any reason I was not happy with the desired outcome I could have revised surgery. Comes the day of the surgery and everything went fine I went home the next day and my 3 follow up consultations in Manchester to change my dressing's were fine. After 3 months I saw Ranjeet again and we discussed my outcome, I told him I knew I might still have swelling in parts but that I thought they were still quite big and not as small as I had wanted. He said yes they could still be swelled but they would not consider revision surgery anyway until after 12 months which I accepted I needed to fully heal and let the scaring go down before anything else. In this consultation we discussed at length about what could be done to revise my size even down to liposuction which I didnt want as that would have just made my breasts sag. Anyway its 12 months on and I book my consultation in Oct 2022 to see the surgeon again, (I think they hope you wont come back). I speak to Ranjeet and he says how good they look and how pleased he is with the outcome and am I happy?, I said I am happy with the surgery but not the outcome they are not as small as I wanted like I have said twice previously. Then he says ohhh well what we do here is the Harley Medical Group review board meet once a month to discuss revisions and I have to write off to them and they will make a decision if you can have the revision surgery and we will let you know. At this point I felt like I was being fobbed off and could sense the outcome before it had come. Anyway I wait 2 months after being told they would be in touch in approx. a month and come Dec 2022 I chase for the outcome, here it is as I expected. "Hi Jane, Thank you for your email. Apologies on the delay in response. I have checked your file and following the DMG meeting they have provided an outcome. Unfortunately, the DMG have declined the revision as they believe you have a decent result. They have advised that Liposuction could be an option, however, there would be a cost associated with this. I appreciate this is not the desired outcome. Please let me know if you need anything else at this time." In other words they want more money and have gone back on everything that was said in the consultations. If only I had recorded what was said. Anyway please beware aware of this as I can see this has happened on numerous occasions looking back on reviews now, hence I wish I had read them beforehand. Dont be suckered in by the fabulous sales pitch. Also they are not the cheapest I went with them as they were recommended and in heinsight I should have done my homework. Dont bother replying Harley Group with your generic email of "get in touch you would like to help" as its just a bunch of rubbish, your not interested and you know it.

I wish I had never stepped into their building to get my beautiful face ruined . Thanks to their microderm abrasion treatment. Every one questioned afterwards what happened to me. I looked and still look 10 years older than my real age. They just ruined my skin . Please be careful when consulting them.

I really really wish I’d read the reviews here and more on Google to avoid this absolute atrocious medical group. Guys, the same surgeons also tend to work for Pall Mall - as I later found out, and they’re cheaper!! Went to have a breast reduction, the dopy nurses didn’t get the right information across to the right people, only for the surgeon to see I was anemic ON THE DAY OF SURGERY, and to have it all cancelled. I then had to chase people up at Harley to get my finance cancelled- still waiting on my deposit back so I can go to Pall Mall instead. The same surgeon works for them too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The first point of contact, Laura Hall at Harley, is I’m guessing paid on a commission basis- never heard from her again once I was signed up to their atrocious disorganisation. Still haven’t mananged to get hold of her since the cancellation

Amazing experience from start to finish. I found the customer advisors to be informative, they listened to my concerns and recommended a rhinoplasty surgeon, Mr Irfan Khan. After doing lots of background reading about his qualifications and wealth of experience, I met with him. He was realistic and managed my expectations, listening to my wishes and also advising me on what was possible. My rhinoplasty took place at the Pines Hospital, and everyone was lovely! I had my splint removed and I’m thrilled with the result!! I’m glad I did my own research and didn’t just go by some of the reviews on here. Everybody was professional and kind and my results are fantastic!!

STEER WELL CLEAR OF The Harley Medical Group! Worst experience of my life which I immensely regret! I had a mis-sold rhinoplasty in March 2018 of which the results determined all 3 of the defeats I had had the surgery to correct were all still present. I later found out from another surgeon that the wrong kind of surgery has been performed (I should have had a septo-rhinoplasty) and would never have fixed the defeats. The surgeon who performed my surgery - Mr Alwin Gnanajebamani, went AWOL and Harley didn't seem to know when or if he was coming back and left me in limbo for months and wouldn't assign me a different surgeon who was present and working. They ask you to give them 20 working days to provide a solution... at this end of this period, they say they haven't got a solution and ask for another 20 working days... and at the end of that period, yup, same again.. and on and on it drags. During this time I came across other patients who were also unhappy of the work (including injuries!) of this now-AWOL surgeon. Harley Medical never provided an explanation as to why he disappeared. It took months of chasing before I finally got assigned a different surgeon and I had to travel to a different county to have my appointments with him as he did not travel to the clinic where I had initially signed up with Harley Medical and had all my appointments until now. I waited months for a revision surgery date which surprisingly enough, never came. More false promises. Harley were constantly using delay tactics and dragging out the process, no doubt in the hope I would go away and they wouldn't need to pay for the corrective surgery. It then became apparent that the revision surgery STILL wouldn't fix all the defects with my nose, as they would just repeat the INCORRECT surgery again (clearly Harley Medical wouldn't cover the cost for the new surgeon to do the surgery actually required). They had happily told me they could fix the defects with my nose no problem when they took my money so of course I asked for a refund! Nothing gets done unless you constantly chase and hassle and everything has been a complete pain from start to finish. Things that should be simple and quick will drag on for months. Complaints simply get 'acknowledged' but no action is ever taken. They have also lied on more than one occasion, extremely unprofessional. I asked for a refund in February which surprisingly enough, I have never received. It is also worth noting The Harley Medical Group went into administration in November 2019 and are now owned under a different name, something they neglected to tell me until I found out. So when they botch up your surgery, there's nothing you can do about it! They will take zero responsibility. Once they have your money you are no longer of any concern to them so if you have any problems, good luck! They take NO responsibility for botched surgery and say they are just an "introducer" between you and your surgeon, so all the liability is on your surgeon. If like in my case, the surgeon botches your surgery and then goes AWOL and declares bankruptcy, Harley Medical will wash their hands of you! The surgeon had been botching up surgery whilst working for Harley Medical even before they inflicted him on me and he should never have been allowed to perform surgery on me! Appalling atrocious company! I truly wish I had never stepped foot through their doors! I have been left with a nose with more defects than before I had surgery! Absolutely devastated. UPDATE - Transpires the surgeon they inflicted on me who then did a runner wasn't even INSURED TO PERFORM SURGERY when he operated on me! Therefore I have no one to make a claim against, he wasn't insured and it was Harleys job to make sure he was corrected insured! They just shut down the ltd company and reopen under a different ltd company (as they often do!) but keeping their trading as name of "The Harley Medical Group!" making it look like nothing has changed, but it has so they aren't liable for anything that happened under the 'old company'. They've done this before too! Its worth noting "The Harley Medical Group" (trading as name) has nothing to do with Harley Street, they chose that name so people would automatically trust the name but there is NOTHING trustworthy about them! DANGEROUS BUTCHERS!

From the very start of my experience till present I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of support I have received. Katie Studenska, with her warmth and personability, Dr Gammal with his candor and expertise and Jazzneem Quizzon with her thorough and expert care have made this an extremely positive and pleasant process. Thank you to HMG their quality of care and high standards are the example to follow.

I had vaser booked with Dr Fasano. I didn't have a great experience. Recovery was very long. I had follow up appointments cancelled/rearranged and I walked out last week as he was, for the third time, 'stuck on a train'. Terrible service. Am not happy with results and feel very upset with this. Feels like they're getting away with this to be honest.

liars and total rip off from the staff to the surgeon. They knocked a few of my teeth out during surgery and eventually reluctantly paid up for dental costs. MY NOSE LOOKS WORSE THAN IT DID BEFORE SURGERY AT A COST OF 4 THOUSAND POUNDS PLUS

My advice would be chose another company all together. The night before my op, I was contacted to change the venue of my op and admission time. My op was then cancelled on the day whilst i was sat in the hospital gown, marked up and ready to go into theatre!! Reason ....pure incompetence... they had not have the implants transported to the new hospital location. The room standards were basic, the remote control for the TV in my room was filthy, the white sheets were stained with dark brown spots, the nursing staff and anesthetist did not have the correct paperwork within my file when trying to assess me pre op. After my surgery was cancelled noalternative date for surgery was offered within a reasonably time frame of my original surgery date. I also continued to receive reminders of post op appointments, after my op had been cancelled, which I clearly no longer needed and which just upset me further. I am still waiting for a refund several weeks later, after multiple phone calls to various numbers, speaking to different individuals at the clinic, sending emails etc. Its very upsetting that I keep getting fobbed off with excuses such as 'the clinical manager isn't in', 'I'm not authorised to give you a refund', its with senior management etc. That said Mr Sharma, my surgeon, was a lovely kind man,  who was compassionate and professional throughout. Unfortunately I have been left humiliated and appauled by my experience  and the lack of humanity this organisation has towards it's patients. The service was far lower than expected and I'm afraid i would not recommend to anyone.

Kept getting the run around. They would provide me with dates to begin surgery then keep canceling on me pushing dates further and further till almost a year of waiting I just got my money back. And even getting my money back was a hassle. Took them a month and half to return my money. I ended up going elsewhere and was sorted within a week. People, wouldn't recommend them, just research a proper cosmetic group with a good reputation and go elsewhere. They only get a 2 star because their staff were friendly and can't help what the people at top are doing.

horrible, took k4 of my money for botched up nose job.Hard sell by staff who pretended to know your interests, easy to google favourite bands, teeth knocked out during surgery and eventually after long debates was recompensated for teeth loss.We should all get together and sue them, I have had expert solicitors on the case for a few years, hope they are jailed

Zero assurance post operation I had my rhinoplasty done in last September 2020. Mainly the tip. I had a hump and droopy tip which I paid 8000£ to have the hump removed and tip lifted up . On my initial consultation with the surgeon. I told him I only wanted the tip to be lifted a little and nothing else changed . Hump to be shaved. Right after my surgery , I felt like the taped was looking long which my partner noticed as well but then I ignored it having thinking It was just the swelling. After three months, my main concern was nose tip was looking too long . And the bridge right above the nose tip looked up. I send pictures to the nurse then surgeon . Which then I was told swelling. After 10 months now. I still have the same complain that my tip is too long and bridge lifted up. My nostrils are now peanut shaped which I hate as previously my nostrils were round and small. Recently, I cannot breathe properly from my right side. It put me to anxiety and depressed. I had hard time trying to contact them to talk about all this. One of the staff members was amazing but all the others acted like they were only there to finish the job. Zero care. I have been told The surgeon will have to self assess to gather out what is happening or will happen to my issue with the nose. Currently, a/w for my appointment date . All that my surgeon is lovely . He seemed to be a very kind person and hid bio is really amazing regards primary and secondary surgeries.i trust him 💯 and he sure will be able to resolve this. Definitely not paying a pound more to Harley to solve this anymore.

As part of my gender transition I desperately required laser hair removal, it helps me deal with my Gender Dysphoria. I am 23 years old and struggling with my transition every day. I was so looking forward to having my laser hair removal with Harley Medical. They took my money, and after one appointment with them, told me that their booking system is being updated and that they cannot book my next appointment, I was asked to call back in two to three weeks. I waited as they suggested and then tried calling multiple times over the course of a week but with no answer. I eventually got a reply saying that the clinic has shut down and that I am being moved to another business. They told me that the new clinic would be contacting me any day now (that was over 2 weeks ago). I have emailed their customer service centre and called multiple times but they are still not responding. I have explained to them how vital this treatment is for my transition and that I desperately need care. I honestly feel that they just do not care. I am incredibly upset, it is hard enough trying to cope with my situation without having to get replies/money back from large companies that should show me some care and consideration. But they don't actually care for my wellbeing.

I had a rhinoplasty twice by Dr Alwin gnanajebamani that went wrong. My nose was destroyed. I needed a third operation with a graft to repair the damage. I sued the doctor successfully for £30000 . This didn’t compensate for the pain , suffering & permanent deformity. Harley medical were more supportive to the doctor than myself!

STEER WELL CLEAR OF The Harley Medical Group! Worst experience ever. I later found out from another surgeon who worked for Harley Medical that the wrong kind of surgery had been performed and therefore would never have fixed all of the defeats, but should have at least fixed most if it has been performed adequately, which it had not been. The surgeon who performed my surgery (Allwin Gnanajebamani ) went AWOL and THMG didn't seem to know when or if he was coming back, or at least pretended they didn't. THMG left me in limbo for literally months and wouldn't assign me a different surgeon who was present and working. During this time I came across other patients who were also unhappy with the surgery performed by Allwin Gnanajebamani, including injuries, really bad botch-jobs and 1 patient who he paid off to keep quiet! THMG never provided an explanation as to why he left although I can take a guess it was due to the amounting legal cases against him! It also transpires he may not have even had the correct insurance to be performing surgery at the same THMG inflicted him on me! It took months of chasing before I finally got assigned a different surgeon and I had to travel to a different county to have my appointments with him as he did not travel to the clinic where I had initially signed up with THMG and had all my appointments until now. I waited MONTHS for a revision surgery date which surprisingly enough, never came! More false promises. It then became apparent that the revision surgery STILL wouldn't fix all the defects with my nose that they happily told me they could fix when they took my money so of course I formally requested a refund on the grounds of mis-sold surgery and an awful result (it was clear they were never going to give me a corrective surgery date!) The refund never came! Nothing gets done unless you constantly chase and hassle and everything has been a complete pain from start to finish. Things that should be simple and quick will drag on for months. Complaints simply get 'acknowledged' but no action is ever taken. They have also lied on more than one occasion, extremely unprofessional. I asked for a refund over a year ago which surprisingly enough, I have never received. If like in my case, the surgeon botches your surgery and then goes AWOL, THMG will wash their hands of you! They have also been ignorant and ignoring my solicitor for over a year who has been trying to get information on the surgeon so we can seek to claim the compensation for corrective surgery I am entitled to! My solicitor has contacted the company, the auditors and the new company (LCHMG Limited) that took over several times now who clearly refuse to be cooperative! So as far as I am concerned, LCHMG Limited are just as bad and crooked. THMG is an appalling, atrocious company! This is not the first time they have gone into administration to avoid claims against them - they did the same thing in 2012. I truly wish I had never stepped foot through their doors! It really was the worst mistake of my life, that I am continuing to pay for every day. I have committed to warning everyone of this awful company to hopefully spare people going through what I have been through. All of this could have been avoided if they had simply given me the refund I am entitled too - I just want to be able to go and get fixed what they did!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had surgery (augmentation and mastopexy) nearly 5years ago. On the initial consultation I was told that they use new techniques so the scarring is very minimal, when I went to see the nurse for my first check after surgery she removed the bandages I was horrified to find I had nearly 70 staples! I have been left with staple marks all on my breast just to add to the anchor scars from the uplift!! After a year I had to have surgery again due to capsular contraction (no fault of the company or surgeon). I have been in pain now for 18months I have rang them and been to see them to which they said ‘basically there’s nothing they can do as my surgeon has now left’ even though I paid extra to have a 10year warranty! Apparently the warranty is with the surgeon not the company which had not been explained. I am now having to go to a different surgeon at another company to take my implants out completely due to the horrendous pain everyday and sort the scarring out which was left. I’m suffering from anxiety through the pain thinking that there is something sinister going on and not getting any answers! I have had to go to my GP for scans and blood tests as they will not do anything. The customer service is horrendous once they have your money you are just another number on there books! reading all the other reviews has given me the confidence to write and warn everybody else!! Please avoid at all cost!!

Could not praise them more. I had a great and fast experience! As soon as I had my consultation about a month and a bit later I had my surgery. They were so kind and helpful and my surgeon Did an amazing job. They handled the Covid protocols brilliantly. The after care was amazing, had weekly appointments with my nurse and all my needs met. My case ended up being a bit difficult but they handled it with care and I couldn’t thank the Maidstone/Sevenoaks clinic enough and my surgeon!
