Amazing experience from start to finish. I found the customer advisors to be informative, they listened to my concerns and recommended a rhinoplasty surgeon, Mr Irfan Khan. After doing lots of background reading about his qualifications and wealth of experience, I met with him. He was realistic and managed my expectations, listening to my wishes and also advising me on what was possible. My rhinoplasty took place at the Pines Hospital, and everyone was lovely! I had my splint removed and I’m thrilled with the result!! I’m glad I did my own research and didn’t just go by some of the reviews on here. Everybody was professional and kind and my results are fantastic!!

From the very start of my experience till present I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of support I have received. Katie Studenska, with her warmth and personability, Dr Gammal with his candor and expertise and Jazzneem Quizzon with her thorough and expert care have made this an extremely positive and pleasant process. Thank you to HMG their quality of care and high standards are the example to follow.

Could not praise them more. I had a great and fast experience! As soon as I had my consultation about a month and a bit later I had my surgery. They were so kind and helpful and my surgeon Did an amazing job. They handled the Covid protocols brilliantly. The after care was amazing, had weekly appointments with my nurse and all my needs met. My case ended up being a bit difficult but they handled it with care and I couldn’t thank the Maidstone/Sevenoaks clinic enough and my surgeon!

I nearly didn’t go ahead with surgery after reading some of these reviews but i’m so glad I made my own judgment because everything from start to finish has been great! Really happy with result and surgeon Dr Sharma is so nice! Aftercare has been great so far!

I'm now 7 weeks post op having had a breast augmentation with Harley Medical Group and could not recommend them enough - from start to finish, it has been an incredible experience. I've wanted the procedure for over 10 years as I was so unhappy with my breasts before; I explained exactly what results I wanted and the patient coordinator and surgeon totally understood. I've had various consultations with other cosmetic surgery groups and you can't even put them in the same category. I had Anna de Leo as my surgeon and used the Brighton clinic for all appointments. Dr Leo can be quite abrupt and not overly friendly which my patient coordinator did give me the heads up - thankfully she's an excellent surgeon and I'd much rather she better at that than people skills! The team of women at the clinic were AMAZING though - Emma, Kelly, Marilyn and Harriet are an absolute credit to HMG. So friendly and couldn't have done more for me. From the very first appointment I had a gut feel that HMG were the right choice for me as they made me feel so comfortable and everything was so professional. The end result is more than I could have ever wished for and I finally have the body I've always wanted. My confidence and self-esteem has improved so much. I've felt properly cared for throughout and the aftercare was great - weekly check-in calls, 1-week post op appointment and a 6-week check up. I could call them whenever I had a concern or question as recovery was very painful. If you've been considering cosmetic surgery then I would highly recommend Harley Medical. It's been faultless!

I am very happy, I had a breast reduction with augmentation with Mark Solomos. I had my consultation, my surgery was booked. I was over the moon and very confident in my surgeon. I received a call about a week before my surgery that it had been cancelled due to concerns around a medical condition I had disclosed from the begining. This left me frustrated and hugely disappointed as I'd mentally prepared. However, I was able to meet with the anestatist and her worried were satisfied so the surgery was re booked. Although this was difficult at the time, it proved how thorough they were being with my care. I'm beyond happy with my results. Mark Solomos has an excellent bedside manner, he's funny, charming and incredibly skilled.

Amazing company amazing results From my very first consultation to surgery and after care I can’t fault Harley medical..my surgeon Mr Sandip Hindocha was truly amazing put me at ease from the get go and has done a wonderful job of my breast augmentation. Harley medical village was such a lovely hospital,clean,professional and the staff where so helpful and kind. Thanks all at Harley

Day three of recovery from breast surgery performed by Mr G at the Highgate London hospital and I have to say I am surprised reading all of the negative comments, as from my appointments in Chelmsford, to meeting Mr G in Watford, to my surgery day last Friday, I have to say the experience has all been excellent. I arrived at the a Highgate and was shown to my room, settled in, made comfortable and in theatre with in just over an hour if arriving! . My after care was super. Room service, pain relief and checking I was OK was every hour until I left at 10am the next day. Mr G had a busy scedule of surguries, but kept to his word of coming to visit me in the evening of my Surgery and he did, despite the lateness of it being 23.00. He then returned just before 9am the following day. The Nurse that looked after me through the night was informative througher and professional. The waiters were also attentive and responded immediately to requests. I have another four days before bandages come off, so I can not comment on results. Pain has naturally been severe, but I was discharged with full pain relief and muscle relaxants. All round super service (April 2019)Highly recommend after my personal experience

I had my breast augmentation done through Harley medical Leeds the whole way through I was 100% supported I always had someone on the other end of the phone if I had any concerns or questions. I went to pall mall hospital on the day of my surgery which is an amazing hospital very friendly and caring. My surgeon was Mr sharma who is absolutely lovely very comforting a professional. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous and only slept 2 hours the night before. Mr sharma came to see me before my surgery and answered all my questions a listened to exsaclty what I wanted. After see him he put my mind at ease and even when I was going into the anestetic room he came to see me and make sure I was ok before surgery will be 100% recommending Harley and Mr sharma to friends and family who also want surgery. Thank you all the team at Harley and pall mall hospital your amazing

Had a breast augmentation over 2 months ago now and couldn't recommend Dr Ali Soueid enough as a surgeon. He was there every step of the process and a lot more supportive than the Nurses and consultants of HMG! Amazing surgeon and made the process a smooth experience

I could not recommend Harley Street Smile more. Jill was so friendly and informative especially as she has veneers of her own. Maurice was so professional, friendly and put me at ease straight away. I love my veneers it's truly life changing to have an amazing smile. Thank you so much :)

I went to 6 Harley Street for a breast reduction with surgeon Mark Solomos. I received great care and attention from start to finish! The nurses were always willing to answer any questions etc before the procedure date and afterwards during my recovery. My surgeon Mark Solomos was amazing, he was super confident and calming and had great character. He has done a fantastic job and really listened to what I wanted. My op was at Highgate Hospital where the staff were as equally as attentive and caring, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole day. I was able to go home that evening, and after a couple days of pain and discomfort, it was all up hill! I am recovering well, and luckily have had no complications in the healing. Sarah Pierson at 6 Harley Street has to be the most skilled and professional nurse I received care from. On my 3rd week of check ups she removed any unnecessary stitching which the nurse the previous 2 weeks had just left. I now feel better than ever. Life changing and a huge thank to everyone at 6 Harley Street. My only issue was that they didn't provide Wifi, and if you end up waiting a long time, this would be useful. Thanks everyone. an experience I would happily go through again with all you lovely people.

Kept getting the run around. They would provide me with dates to begin surgery then keep canceling on me pushing dates further and further till almost a year of waiting I just got my money back. And even getting my money back was a hassle. Took them a month and half to return my money. I ended up going elsewhere and was sorted within a week. People, wouldn't recommend them, just research a proper cosmetic group with a good reputation and go elsewhere. They only get a 2 star because their staff were friendly and can't help what the people at top are doing.

Zero assurance post operation I had my rhinoplasty done in last September 2020. Mainly the tip. I had a hump and droopy tip which I paid 8000£ to have the hump removed and tip lifted up . On my initial consultation with the surgeon. I told him I only wanted the tip to be lifted a little and nothing else changed . Hump to be shaved. Right after my surgery , I felt like the taped was looking long which my partner noticed as well but then I ignored it having thinking It was just the swelling. After three months, my main concern was nose tip was looking too long . And the bridge right above the nose tip looked up. I send pictures to the nurse then surgeon . Which then I was told swelling. After 10 months now. I still have the same complain that my tip is too long and bridge lifted up. My nostrils are now peanut shaped which I hate as previously my nostrils were round and small. Recently, I cannot breathe properly from my right side. It put me to anxiety and depressed. I had hard time trying to contact them to talk about all this. One of the staff members was amazing but all the others acted like they were only there to finish the job. Zero care. I have been told The surgeon will have to self assess to gather out what is happening or will happen to my issue with the nose. Currently, a/w for my appointment date . All that my surgeon is lovely . He seemed to be a very kind person and hid bio is really amazing regards primary and secondary surgeries.i trust him 💯 and he sure will be able to resolve this. Definitely not paying a pound more to Harley to solve this anymore.

After nearly 3 years and two rhinoplasty and over 12 injections inserted into my nose i did havent got the nose,nose Sharp tip or define i paid for. I had a american surgeon first who i was advised would be good for me because he was afro carribean( i am afro carribean)who unfortunately didnt do nothing just made the width of the nose holes smaller,(let me add when i had to do a test for 2nd time before my operation, harley made a error and stated my test from lab stated i had sicka cell disease trait so had my operation date canceled to then find out the lab made a error and it wasnt postive and apologised so i was upset and distressed ) second time dr slater a lovely man did do it again but made the bridge smaller and due to the tip of nose not getting smaller or having any shape on bridge after surgery i had to have 12 injections for 8months to speed up the healing process as no results was showing its been 1 year 6months since my 2nd nose job and my tip nor nose has shaped or made any difference.At 1st i had a flat broad nose no shape and i look in the mirror and still see the same. but just a smaller broad flat nose. I asked from the start of my journey for a sharp define tip n slim nose (bridge) after 2 surgeries you would expect that. i have other mixrace and afro carribean friends who had 1 surgeon 1 surgery and there nose is perfect. besides staff being nice i still havent gained confidence and feel a wasted 3yrs and have to contour my nose to hide the fact it doesnt look how it was meant to.Staff was lovely and supportive at times i have to give them that thank you x

Initial appointment fine and paid for 8 laser treatment sessions. The first 3 or 4 sessions were fine although received different levels of laser treatment each time. After this, the service greatly diminished and I did not receive reminders of appointments so had to ring each time to check. My 6th appointment was cancelled 3 times, for staff shortages apparently. The 7th appointment was organised and, as I did not receive confirmation again, I telephoned customer services and was informed my appointment was on 27th at 1.15 pm. I arrived for the appointment and my details could not be found. After waiting nearly an hour, I was informed that I had got the appointment wrong and it was on 27th of the next month. I have to drive 25 miles for appointments so it is very inconvenient anyway and then to have 2.5 hours of time wasted due to HMG incompetence is even more frustrating. I have arranged my 7th appointment but, quite frankly, I wish I hadn't bothered with the laser treatments as they have had little impact and it all seems a waste of money. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Do not even enquire as this company is a massive scam and unorganised waste of time. I have been waiting for a refund for nearly 2 months and still not got it back. I have been contacting the company with no response and will have to take legal action soon. I inquired about the price of rhinoplasty and was given a cost but was told I needed a consultation to confirm (consultation is paid for whether you go ahead with surgery or not). I arrived at my consultation and the surgeon was over an hour late to see me, and then I found out he didn't even perform the surgery I asked for. I had to wait 2 weeks for a new consultation and made sure Harley Med checked that the new surgeon actually performed the correct surgery this time. I was then given a price and decided to go ahead with it. I was given a deadline to pay all the money upfront so I did. After I paid (a large amount of money) they called me and said that the surgeon might perform the surgery a different method and I have to pay them an additional £2000 to go ahead with the new surgery. It was a ridiculous call to try and get more money out of me so as I still had time to cancel and get a refund, I did. I had lost all faith in this company. The refund is minus the consultation cost so lost money here. They told me it could take 28 days to refund me the remainder. I had no contact after 28 days so emailed and they changed it to 28 working days. It has now been nearly 2 months and I have been contacting them with no response. It is a really large amount of money for them to hold on to and I am getting more worried I have been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
