The worst customer service I have received! Although they advertise that the Chelmsford clinic has high referrals for Laser Hair Removal, I find that the clinicians were inexperienced and awful at customer service. I had different clinicians for appointments with only one having any customer service. Pls believe me when I say get your appointments booked elsewhere. Harley Medical Group is highly disappointing
