I pre-ordered my chilis in August. By end of Sept. I was notified they would be shipped out mid Oct, but if I wasn't going to home to receive the frozen chiles I should notify them. I did so and was told the order would be shipped upon my return, Oct. 22. By Oct. 29 I still didn't get anything. I contacted them and was told they would be shipped the week of Nov. 9. Here it is Nov. 12 and still no notice of my order being shipped. I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving.
