“Customer service was great! My first shipment arrived warm thanks to USPS. I notified customer service and my new order arrived a couple of days later. I used the medium roast peppers in a light ale beer and it turned out great!”

“The Hatch Chile Store came through again. I pre-ordered in April and I was able to schedule the delivery of the chile. This is important as I plan a full weekend around the chile's arrival and if they show up early and/or unannounced it would be difficult to have all the plans come together. The team in New Mexico, shout out Pam, Myrna, Kayden and others, is always willing to accomodate this. Even this year with the difficulty the farms had with the pest and the harvest being late, the Hatch Chile Store came up huge. I even had a friend of mine ask me to order a 25lb box for him, a little late in the game, and both boxes showed up in plenty of time and in perfect condition. The service and communication they provide is as good as the chile. I can't get chile where I'm at in Florida so this place has been a lifesaver. I will not order from anyone else and, even though I have a freezer full of delicious chile, I can't wait to pre-order again next year. Give them a shout. You won't be disappointed.”

“I'm from NM and grew up eating Hatch Chili. I've traveled abroad being in the military and I can promise,, there's nothing like Hatch Chili in the world. My orders have always arrived on time and fresh here in Ft Bragg NC. Kayden Lee and the customer support team are very helpful tracking shipments and following up on arrivals. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“This is where I will buy my Hatch Chilies from now on. Their service is great and the chilies were so much fresher than what I get in the store. Certainly worth any extra cost.”

“The chiles arrived overnight from harvest as paid for. Unfortunately, the chiles didn't seem as fresh as the first batch I received. Some were already red in color and some were a bit prunish. I will purchase them early on for next year. Fortunately, they are very spicy as exected.”
