“I love Hatch chiles and it's so great to have them available frozen year round. Among the dishes I make is a Hatch Chile Chimichurri/Chicken/White Bean and Rice soup (photo) — just add Chimichurri sauce to chicken stock, cook some white beans and purée some of them, shred some chicken, put all in the pot with leftover cooked rice — and Hatch chiles! I top it with grated cheddar. Sour cream would also be welcome. It's one of our favorite soups.”

“Very dissaapointed. We've ordered from this vendor several times and hae always been thrilled to see the white box on our doorstep 2000 miles from NM. Order fullfillment has always been great and on time. This time however we discovered out "Hot" chiles were lacking any noticable heat. We reached out to the support who let us know we likley "removing the vein". We’ve always followed the same process. Roast over an open flame, peal, remove the seeds, bag, and freeze. We never wash or de-vein the chiles. After discovering the total lack of heat in this batch, we even left them roasted peeled with the seeds intact for two days in the fridge, hoping they’d develop some kick. Nothing. It really seems like we were sent the wrong chiles. But since they refuse to even consider that possibility or make it right, we’ll take our business elsewhere. It’s a lousy way to end what had become a beloved fall tradition for us. I’m sure our small 10–25 lb order won’t matter to thier bottom line, but we’re genuinely bummed out.”

“Hatch Chili's are awesome! I lived in NM for over 30 years. Every year looked forward to the chili harvest. I recently moved to East, TN. Tennessee doesn't know what hatch chili is. I found the Hatch Chili store online and couldn't be happier. This year I had a shipping problem with my order. It was only an email and phone call to the store and employee, Angel took care of the problem by promptly replaced my order. Superb service! Excellent product. Delivery as promised and stated online! If you are one that left a bad review... SHAME ON YOU! No need to look any further. Thank you! Debe F.”

“After moving from Texas up to the Northwest availability of Chile was very limited so I started buying all my chilis from The Hatch Chile Store. I always keep a nice supple of Roasted and frozen Chiles and a nice selection of the jarred Chiles. All I can say is thank you Hatch Chile Store you not only have great Chiles but you have always been a pleasure to work with,excellent customer service. Tom”

“My order was shipped to the wrong address. I replied to the confirmation email before my shipment was sent to let them know the address delivery address was incorrect as well as called three times and left voicemails with the correct address and my Oder number with no return call. I was able to establish communication through PayPal. They will not refund or reship my order. They have said they will only ship less than half of the original order and not refund the difference. I also purchased the shipping fresh guarantee. Be careful they do not care about customer satisfaction. I was a repeat customer as well. After this I will go somewhere else”

“I have been buying green and red chilis for many years from Hatch. They have always been absolutely delicious, fresh and well worth the wait and the money to ship them to me in Florida. I just received my reds and have roasted them. Just delicious as were the Big Jim’s. This company will make it right if for any reason you are dissatisfied which is highly unlikely. “You sent my order of 10 pounds of hot, unroasted Hatch green chiles. While they are still tasty, they are not hot and they are not Hatch chiles with that very distinctive taste. I am very disappointed. I've been roasting chiles in my oven for years without piercing them. This batch was different in that many exploded. I used it as an excuse to thoroughly clean my oven. I suggest you warn your customers and suggest piercing them before roasting.”
