“Product picked and shipped on Wednesday and delivered Thursday via UPS air. Pods were amazing and ALL the chilies were perfect. Chicken enchiladas with fresh Hatch green chilies on the menu for a great Sunday dinner !”

“My order arrived and upon opening it I was surprised to that my rellenos were open and half them in shipping container. Other packages, one was totally thawed and the other was close behind. After spending $180 for 3 packages of tamales and rellenos, I contacted you and have not received a response to my problem!”

“I’ve eaten it for years . My husbands family is from Alvie so, we’ve eaten for many years. We used to buy them fresh and roast them out selves. We found your company and at first thought your prices were vey high. But, as we’ve gotten older it’s easier to get then this way. Thank you”

“Most of what I order are gifts for a dear friend who is my "person" when I need someone for just about anything. She had talked about waiting for Hatch chilies b to be available, but not being able to get as many as she wanted for her large family. “The Hatch Chile Store is one of those rare businesses you love to work with. My original order was lost in transit through no fault of their own. After waiting for a couple of weeks I contacted them by leaving a message. They immediately took care of the problem by sending out a replacement which arrived promptly. I am currently enjoying that order and it's every bit as good as I anticipated. That kind of customer service speaks volumes about their operation. I look forward to enjoying their other products in the not to distant future. This place is a keeper!”

“Our Chile arrived on time and still frozen. We have or our son has ordered from Hatch Chile Store just about every year since we moved from Albuquerque 13 years ago. We are now in Florida and we have to have our Hatch Chile and this is the best place to get your fresh or frozen Chili's!”
