“Love your rellenos! Thanks, first, for shipping them individually frozen within the bag so that I could easily separate them into 3 servings of 4 and refreeze what I wasn't immediately using. I used my electric oven's air fryer feature and they came out absolutely perfect -- golden crispy, not greasy, and delicious (microwaved for 45 seconds each, then sprayed with canola oil and into the 400 degree oven in air fryer mode for 13 minutes, flipped, then 10 additional minutes, and tested for 165 degrees with an instant read thermometer). I topped them with homemade ranchero sauce (excellent recipe at chilipeppermadness.com) for a fantastic meal. I'm pretty adroit in the kitchen but this is a difficult dish to do well with restaurant-quality appearance. I'm hooked -- worth every penny! Really wowed by my first-time order, thanks for being great at what you do!”

“The store is great. Easy to order and the best chile. I lived in NM awhile back and I used to roast them or buy them by the bushel already roasted. Now I buy the jars. The service is very good. I have also given them as gifts.”

“I'm very satisfied with my purchase of Hatch green chili stew, cheese tamales, chicken chimichangas, and the chili rellenos. The flavors are wonderful. My only issue the price. They are very pricey. Its a good thing I'm only feeding one person. I will get several meals. My favorites are the tamales and the rellenos.. 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋”

“I order a dozen jars of the Fresh Chile Company Jalapeño Salsa at least 5 times a year. When I got my order today, it was Hatch Chile Company Jalapeño Salsa (12 jars). I am very disappointed.”

“The red chili pork tamales may be the best I've ever tasted -- homemade, restaurants or mail order, these are outstanding and superior to the other brand I'd been ordering. I topped them with homemade ranchero sauce using the recipe from chilipeppermadness.com and it was incredibly delicious. Fast shipping, they arrived still frozen and after thawing I vacuum-packed and refroze the remaining in smaller portions. Very happy to have discovered these.”

“I buy the chile rellenos regularly and a few other items from time to time. The rellenos are typical excellent but the past few times the amount of cheese seemed lower than usual. But still tasty”

“I was born and raised in Santa Fe and my grandfather was a chile farmer in Belen. I have lived out-of-state for decades. I have tried many, many, New Mexico chile providers. Now most them are good to very good, BUT, The Hatch Chile Store is the Veru Best and for a long time now has been my exclusive provider of all food New Mexican. I love you guys and have recommended you over and over. On top of your unsurpassed food, your customer service is number one and unfailingly great. I love your website and your business model. “Best chili has the most amazing flavor. I am originally from New Mexico, but moved to Florida and I must have my chili, so I ordered from them and in 24 hours. I had the most delicious chili in my presence. The flavor is phenomenal. It was packed so professionally and amazing. It was still frozen when it got here, but I just can’t speak enough on the quality of the chili itself and being a native New Mexico. I definitely have high standards and they met every single one of those.!!!!!!”
