“Pam is a liar. Yareli is a liar. These people are scammers and will say anything and everything just to get you off the phone when they mess up. I will never order from this company again. Nobody from my family will ever order from this company again. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! If my money isn't refunded immediately I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Terrible company run by terrible people. Can't wait to give my business to literally anyone else.”

“I sent my Grandson a bit of Heaven from Hatch New Mexico to Georgetown, TX. He was in Albuquerque one summer and loved the smell and taste of roasting green chile. It was a BIG surprise and he loved it!! Thank you.”

“Everything with my order was exactly as described. Their communication let me know exactly when my haul would be shipped and when it would arrived. Even better, the peppers were in perfect shape when they arrived. Next day I was roasting them in the back yard. Heaven!!”

“I was not happy with this year’s order the chilies or much smaller. I thought I had ordered 10 pounds. I received five could’ve been my fault. However, the actual content was dissatisfying and I understand you had a problem with your crops this year, but nonetheless had I’ve been told I probably would’ve waited till next year.”

“I have not received my shipment, no one can tell me when I will get it. Trying to plan to make various items with the chilies is very difficult because of the lack of communication. They create a shipping label but nothing ever ships.”

“This is not my first purchase from the Hatch Chile Store and I keep going back for more. The service is outstanding and the product is always delivered immediately, is well packaged and of course of to quality. My family goes back generations in New Mexico so I was brought up on Hatch chilies. I would never miss a season and will continue to buy form the Hatch Chile Store.”
