“Fast, efficient shipping time of their wonderful chilis I had as young person living in the Southwest! A taste of nostalgia for me. Will buy again and different products this time to bring back more memories of a simpler time!”

“Love The Hatch Chile Store. Being a New Mexican away from New Mexico this is the only way I can get my chile fix away from home. Their tamales and green chili stew are a definite must. And don’t forget the green chilie always the green chilie”

“Every year I have to make the hatch green peppers pork stew. My family enjoyed it, especially in my grandson Austin.. After trying to locate this part in my area, I was starting to panic, but I so relieved that I was able to receive my shipment in time and I will be making that meal this weekend. Actually, it’s a lot easier for me just to order from you than chasing it all over town. What is satisfied with your product and shipment and I’ll be ordering again in the future thank you”

“We love the hatch chili store all the way from Northern Minnesota. I was born and raised in New Mexico so wherever I've lived, I have to have my New Mexico chili. The Hatch Chili Store is where we order our chili every year and this year, as in other years we got our chili; it was an easy process to order, came just as advertised and tracked. It was in great condition and Delicious!!”

This year we almost had to give it up, but you let your customers know that there was a very welcomed late harvest! That's something to celebrate!!! He received his box,on his birthday, all the way in Maine. Your shipping is dependable and quick and the chile always arrives in great shape!!! 👍👍”
