“We tried the chili rellenos and they are awesome. We owned a Mexican restaurant and are “rellenos snobs.” The Hatch Chile Store rellenos are the best my wife and I have had. Keep up the good work. By the way, customer service is excellent. We had a problem with a delivery and the Store took care of it quickly!”

“I appreciate the quick response I receive from you when I reach out. I spent 10 years living in Bloomfield NM in the 1980's, where my family developed a love for Hatch Chile! Its so wonderful to order and receive original Hatch Chile products without driving for a day to pick them up. Thanks for keeping the product authenticity and awesome flavor!”

“They did a great job reaching out to me when the item I had ordered was out of stock. They gave me the option of changing the heat level or substituting a similar item at the same heat level. I've been very happy with everything that I've purchased.”

“Hatch Chile is the best, however I am very disappointed that the 10 lbs of Green Chile “Medium” I received on this order has no heat at all. I am making this statement after eating about 2/3 of them since roasting and freezing them in October 2023.”

“Ordered some dried chiles and UPS bungled the delivery time, BUT Hatch Chile Store employees responded quickly and politely to my emails, and they touched base when UPS finally found my doorstep. The chiles are in great condition, smell perfect, and I'm ready to start cooking! Thank you!”

“I have been ordering chiles for several years from the Hatch Chile Company. But this year was in particular very interesting. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately, and in the end graciously resolved my issues. Details aren't important, what IS IMPORTANT, is that the company actually reviewed my situation and resolved it quickly. What more could a customer ask for then to respond with compassion and commitment to me as the customer! I couldn't ask for a better company to work for and want everyone to know how much I respect and honor how they run their US based company. Thank you, for the great customer service!”

“The CHILE RELLENOs were not to my liking in the least. I deep fried them per direction took one bite and chucked that and the rest of my frozen order. The tamales. Nasty. All in the garbage”

“Hello Hatch Chile, Received the order of frozen medium chile last week on schedule! This coming weekend a group of 10 of us will be having a "Southwestern party" here in cold snowy Upstate New York along the shore of Lake Ontario. Those attending have been charged with the task of preparing a dish with a receipe utilizing the Hatch Chile received. Results from the Saturday party will be sent off to you :) As mentioned in previous message, I lived in Albuquerque for about 12 years and relocated to Upstate NY about 3.5 years ago. From experiences in NM, became big fan of Hatch Chile and NM cuisine. Dick Oot”
