“I ordered whole FROZEN Hatch Chili's The first order came GROSSLY THAWED ( actually warm ) The 2nd order came with 1 of 5 packs thawed; the remaining 4 were slushy I WORRY about my SAFETY FOOL ME ONCE ... FOOL ME TWICE ... Will not order FROZEN items from you again WE LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS ! You have a MAJOR FLAW in Packaging”

“I truly love the flavor of Hatch Hot Green Chile. Yum, I make a good enchiladas with it. I lived in the Mesilla Vally for 17 years. Now in WI I miss the flavor of New Mexico. Yum!!!!”

“Your onions are super delicious but half my onions fell out in shipping. UPS tried to tape the box back up but did a very poor job in doing so. I think the Hatch Chile Store should use stronger boxes for shipping. I contacted Customer Service immediately and will be sending me another box which your staff is top notch. Thank you.”

“I am native New Mexican living in Florida and have to keep green chile in my freezer at all times. My only issue with this order was that the delivery (through UPS) was delayed three days in Tennessee due to weather. I am not sure if their shipping trucks are freezer trucks, but their delivery trucks sure aren’t and the order was loaded early in the morning on the third day in the first hit (95 degrees) of the summer. It didn’t get delivered until after 1 pm and was partially thawed. I believe it is saved and have already enjoyed some. The chili itself is wonderful.”

“We live in Oregon. We are transplants from Albuquerque. Every person who loves “true” Mexican food, must have it shipped in from Hatch. This Hatch store is very responsive. I always have gotten great products. They have great premade items and well packaged green Chili. This is the only way we can survive here in the great Northern Pacific. It is so beautiful and they do have some Mexican restaurants which is not the same. I really enjoy ordering from here and they have some awesome recipes. I have used some of them. It’s like home. I can’t put my address because other transplants will be at my door for my Harch products. Order here. It is worth it”

“I ordered the New Mexico Sweet Onions 10lbs. When I received them the first 3 Onions were fine. Next time I cut into a onion it was rotted inside so I cut into 2 more they were also molded and rotting inside. I called The Hatch Chile store and they refunded $4. The next several Onions were also rotted inside. Hopefully their Chile is better but I will NEVER PURCHASED ROTTING ONIONS AGAIN! I live in Montana where it is cool so they didn't get too Hot to Rot! Beware of there onions!”

Hello Mary, I am so sorry for the confusion. We were only told that 3 onions were an issue, so we refunded 1/3 of the order for you. We did not know that there were more. If we had known, we would have adjusted accordingly. We did offer to send you a new box of onions. Onions will have issues if they are not used in a timely manner. I am happy to adjust the amount of the refund for you.

“I have no complaints about he customer service as I had originally used an incorrect delivery address and it was resolved before my shipment was sent. However, I made a huge mistake by not confirming how many tamales were included in the order for $75. I was shocked to find out $75 bought one dozen tamales. SHOCKED!!!!! I haven't tasted them yet, but now matter how great they are, I would never pay $75 for 12 tamales. These are green chili and cheese tamales, so there isn't even any meat. I live in Arizona so hand made tamales are always available and usually sell for around $20/dozen on the high end. I won't be purchasing any of the pre-made products again...ever! I love hatch green chilis but they are not made of gold.”
