“We ordered peppers for many years and then life got busy. This year, I received my annual email reminder and I submitted a very large order in my excitement. With fear, I received an email notification that my beloved frozen peppers would be delayed 24 hours. My heart sunk thinking there is no way they would survive the delay and then the 100+ degree heat in Texas. I sent an email to Pam and she responded immediately with positive words that gave me hope. My shipment arrived 22 hours later, packed perfectly with my still frozen peppers and other frozen products that we ordered! We had a wonder NM hatch green pepper dinner that evening reminding us of why we ordered these every year! Thank you and plan on many more orders from us!”

“My son from Austria has already devoured one of the jars! He is taking the other back to Austria! The family loves it - I'll be back for sure! When I lived in Hurley for 40 years, we often came to Hatch (it's only 100 miles from Hurley to Hatch) to buy your products. We used to also buy onions in bulk from around the 'corner' from you guys. Living now in Oklahoma, I grew up in Morenci, I miss New Mexico, I miss the mountains, and the BEST Mexican food found anyplace!! Your products are the direct result of the best food anywhere!! “I had to wait for this year's harvest to get my roasted chilies. I can tell you it was definitely worth the wait! These chilies are much more flavorful and less runny than another major mail order brand I was purchasing. I would love to try their Hatch Chili Rellenos.”

“Having moved from the 4 corners region to the Great Lakes region, I found that there is not a green chile presence here in the midwest. I've been searching since I moved here in 2017 to no avail. I've been ordering hatch green chiles from Hatch Chile Store since that time and they NEVER fail to impress. The shipping methodology used here is perfect for frozen produce. I will continue to buy from Hatch Chile Store because I cannot bring myself to buy 505 chile in a jar............the only available green chile in Wisconsin. I love you guys and keep keeping it real!!!”
