First I would like to say I did receive it not by UPS or FEDX. I’m far from mailboxes so it was my bad because I thought you delivered by UPS. Second I ordered for first time from you do when it said HOT (it said it was very spicy) I ordered that one. After tasting it I found out it is not HOT at all. It is ok and tasty but not hot at all. I love Very Hot, so I won’t order again because the next one may not be HOT and I am sure I can’t return it. It is tasty though. Thank you

The Chiles are great quality. I ordered 10 lb of whole frozen and I wanted it hot. They were extremely mild, not even medium. Extremely disappointing. This is the second time this has occurred. The packages were marked hot but the chilies were not hot at all. I'm not even exaggerating a little bit.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience this year after ordering the last three years. When ordering, I somehow made a mistake and made the shipping address and billing address the same. I had intended to ship the chiles to my sister in Florida as a Christmas gift. After receiving confirmation of my order, I called and emailed Hatch Chile but could not get ahold of anyone. Once I was able to talk to someone a couple of days later, they said the chiles had been shipped and couldn't do anything for me other than take another order and discount it by 20%. I pursued shipping the chiles to my sister but the cost from UPS was as much as the cost of the chiles. I think Hatch Chile should have things set up to modify your order once you receive a confirmation and realize there was a mistake. The customer service is understaffed and needs to respond to people quickly if they made a mistake. So, while the product quality is good, I was quite unhappy as I ended up having to buy an alternative gift for my sister and spent twice as much as I wanted to. You have lost me as a customer.

Well I may have deleted it , but here goes again , I had order your red chile because am a spicy kind of guy, but as I open all the jars were green . I started to return them but unfortunately a family member decided to try your chile and they just loved it , I myself haven’t tried it yet only because of my disappointment so that’s why your score is low ok . Thanks for feeding my family am sure I’ll try it also as soon as the bitterness as gone

The 2 stars are for the heat rating you offer MILD, MEDIUM, HOT, I ordered medium unfortunately it was a NO HEAT WHAT SO EVER , Chiles should have a little heat these did not.

I purchase from you and it took months and months for the chile to be delivered. I even paid for expedited shipping, which was finally refunded after a couple months, then they were back ordered, then they were moving warehouses or something like that, then it was another excuse. I will not buy again from them to have something shipped to family out of state. I gave them 2 stars because my family enjoyed the chile itself, once they received it that is. I will buy it myself from the store and ship it myself to the family.

Last year I had purchased two bags of red chili from your store and what I received for two bags that said Barker‘s chili on the back. Now I understand, I grew up in New Mexico as a child, and I cut my teeth on red and green chili. The distinctive smell and the taste and especially the color was very distinctive! Well, the two boxes that I received were definitely red chili, but they were not from the house Valley. I was told by someone that worked right there in Hatch, New Mexico. Anybody could call their chili hatch chili just by driving a truck through there with chili on it. That’s a problem, but anyways, we made this chili as I’ve been making it for years and it was definitely not the red chili that I remember getting from hatch. I contacted the hatch store and they made good on sending me additional bags and we are right in the midst right now of preparing them. We kept them dry and cool in a dark place. I’m hoping that this new batch is better than the other batch but the bags still said Barker chili. Who in the heck is Barker chili and where do they source their chili from?

The price of the whole chilis is way to high, and shipping in top of that. This year I bought 30 lbs of Hatch chilis thru my market at 2.99@ lb. They have Hatch roasting days. Also in the past I've purchased chili rellenos, they came frozen but in a huge block not individual, had to chisel them apart, not good.

Very dissaapointed. We've ordered from this vendor several times and hae always been thrilled to see the white box on our doorstep 2000 miles from NM. Order fullfillment has always been great and on time. This time however we discovered out "Hot" chiles were lacking any noticable heat. We reached out to the support who let us know we likley "removing the vein". We’ve always followed the same process. Roast over an open flame, peal, remove the seeds, bag, and freeze. We never wash or de-vein the chiles. After discovering the total lack of heat in this batch, we even left them roasted peeled with the seeds intact for two days in the fridge, hoping they’d develop some kick. Nothing. It really seems like we were sent the wrong chiles. But since they refuse to even consider that possibility or make it right, we’ll take our business elsewhere. It’s a lousy way to end what had become a beloved fall tradition for us. I’m sure our small 10–25 lb order won’t matter to thier bottom line, but we’re genuinely bummed out.

My order was shipped to the wrong address. I replied to the confirmation email before my shipment was sent to let them know the address delivery address was incorrect as well as called three times and left voicemails with the correct address and my Oder number with no return call. I was able to establish communication through PayPal. They will not refund or reship my order. They have said they will only ship less than half of the original order and not refund the difference. I also purchased the shipping fresh guarantee. Be careful they do not care about customer satisfaction. I was a repeat customer as well. After this I will go somewhere else

unds Blocked!!! I'm shocked because I transferred 10,000 EUR to Shares, invested it, sold my investments, and then when I tried to withdraw my funds but no way!. They're asking me for tons of documentation regarding the source of the funds... , but the real issue is that they're asking me to send these documents to an email address that's been blocked by Google and other platforms. So now I'm stuck. They're not providing me with any alternative email addresses or other means to send them the documents proving the funds are legitimate. As a result, my account is locked, and so are my funds. The support team is just telling me to wait, and they don't seem to understand the problem themselves. It's a nightmare. I strongly advise against using this platform. Avoid it at all costs. But all thanks to chelsy desmarais who have helped me recover my funds back for those who are passing through the same challenges please do well by contacting via EMAIL ; (chelsydesmarais70@gmail.com)

Fulfillment is good, product is poor. Chili Rellenos and Chimichangas are mostly breading (should be a light coating), way too much batter and small chilis with little cheese filling.

I have ordered fresh and frozen Chiles from you for several years. Recently, I ordered a bottle of green and a bottle of red chile powder from you. The chile powders are quite good, but your shipping fees are ridiculous. In particular, the “ShipAid Delivery Guarantee” of $3.49 on top of the $11.00 regular shipping charge is a so sad. Billing me nearly $15.00 to send me $26 of chile powders will make me think long and hard before I order products from The Hatch Chile Store again.

Green chili good, bacon big disappointment, no chili flavor. Over $20.00 a lbs won’t make that mistake again ! We eaten green chili for over 30 years, not sure if I would recommend any of your products other than the roasted chili

I ordered what I thought was Hafch chile sauce. I ordered it before and it was perfect. The 6 jars showd up and it was just blended red roasted Chiles that had been put in a blender. Seeds and skin. The stuff before was cleaned into a nice sauce that I could use directly out of the jar for enchiladas, or red chile pork burritos. I could have ordered dried red Chiles and processed it myself for a tenth of the price. I had to clean and process it anyway. Very disappointed. I guess I should have look closer at the description. Do you still sell the processed roasted red sauce in jars??
