Very dissaapointed. We've ordered from this vendor several times and hae always been thrilled to see the white box on our doorstep 2000 miles from NM. Order fullfillment has always been great and on time. This time however we discovered out "Hot" chiles were lacking any noticable heat. We reached out to the support who let us know we likley "removing the vein". We’ve always followed the same process. Roast over an open flame, peal, remove the seeds, bag, and freeze. We never wash or de-vein the chiles. After discovering the total lack of heat in this batch, we even left them roasted peeled with the seeds intact for two days in the fridge, hoping they’d develop some kick. Nothing. It really seems like we were sent the wrong chiles. But since they refuse to even consider that possibility or make it right, we’ll take our business elsewhere. It’s a lousy way to end what had become a beloved fall tradition for us. I’m sure our small 10–25 lb order won’t matter to thier bottom line, but we’re genuinely bummed out.

My order was shipped to the wrong address. I replied to the confirmation email before my shipment was sent to let them know the address delivery address was incorrect as well as called three times and left voicemails with the correct address and my Oder number with no return call. I was able to establish communication through PayPal. They will not refund or reship my order. They have said they will only ship less than half of the original order and not refund the difference. I also purchased the shipping fresh guarantee. Be careful they do not care about customer satisfaction. I was a repeat customer as well. After this I will go somewhere else

unds Blocked!!! I'm shocked because I transferred 10,000 EUR to Shares, invested it, sold my investments, and then when I tried to withdraw my funds but no way!. They're asking me for tons of documentation regarding the source of the funds... , but the real issue is that they're asking me to send these documents to an email address that's been blocked by Google and other platforms. So now I'm stuck. They're not providing me with any alternative email addresses or other means to send them the documents proving the funds are legitimate. As a result, my account is locked, and so are my funds. The support team is just telling me to wait, and they don't seem to understand the problem themselves. It's a nightmare. I strongly advise against using this platform. Avoid it at all costs. But all thanks to chelsy desmarais who have helped me recover my funds back for those who are passing through the same challenges please do well by contacting via EMAIL ; (chelsydesmarais70@gmail.com)

Fulfillment is good, product is poor. Chili Rellenos and Chimichangas are mostly breading (should be a light coating), way too much batter and small chilis with little cheese filling.

I have ordered fresh and frozen Chiles from you for several years. Recently, I ordered a bottle of green and a bottle of red chile powder from you. The chile powders are quite good, but your shipping fees are ridiculous. In particular, the “ShipAid Delivery Guarantee” of $3.49 on top of the $11.00 regular shipping charge is a so sad. Billing me nearly $15.00 to send me $26 of chile powders will make me think long and hard before I order products from The Hatch Chile Store again.

Green chili good, bacon big disappointment, no chili flavor. Over $20.00 a lbs won’t make that mistake again ! We eaten green chili for over 30 years, not sure if I would recommend any of your products other than the roasted chili

I ordered what I thought was Hafch chile sauce. I ordered it before and it was perfect. The 6 jars showd up and it was just blended red roasted Chiles that had been put in a blender. Seeds and skin. The stuff before was cleaned into a nice sauce that I could use directly out of the jar for enchiladas, or red chile pork burritos. I could have ordered dried red Chiles and processed it myself for a tenth of the price. I had to clean and process it anyway. Very disappointed. I guess I should have look closer at the description. Do you still sell the processed roasted red sauce in jars??

When I received my order, the tamales, rellanos and chimichangas were defrosted. The single ice pack, (I assume it was an ice pack) was totally melted. I reached out to the company and was told I should have paid for the expedited shipping and that the food still be safe to eat. I paid a lot of money for the food and the packing/shipping was far below my expectation. The response from the company conveyed to me that they really didn't care if the food was spoiled or not. I will not be ordering from this company again.

The chili is not HOT. Last year my son-in-law ordered chopped hot chili. True to name, it was hot. The volume in the bag of whole chili is less then the chopped.

The chile is packed nicely and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the flavor of the chile is very muted (I'm not just referring to the heat, but the flavor also). I was alos disappointed to have been shipped chile from last year and not this year, which could have contributed to the poor flavor. I wish I woud have been told ahead of time that the chile I was receiving was a year old...I likely would not have ordered it then.

I ordered some frozen items and 3 jars of salsa and a BBQ sauce. The frozen items were received because they were shipped quickly however the other items took a little longer even though I paid for shipping and when I received them the BBQ sauce jar was cracked and it had leaked. I am not sure if this was because the items got hot during shipping but I called for a replacement and just realized I have yet to receive it. However when I checked it shows it was delivered. What gives? I will call tomorrow.

Product came in rotting. Separated out 5 pounds of rotten chile. Called and sent email. You responded that I will get 5 more pounds to replace. That was fine. Four days later ( due to work schedule) I went to roast that 20 pounds just to find that another 5 pounds or so had rotted. The chiles that did survive wer wrinkly and limp. Just a bad experience. I even paid for better shipping to reduce this possibility. Thus happened last time I ordered a few years back.

Chilis are tough and stringy, difficult to eat, breading is mediocre, there is some cheese but certainly not stuffed. Too much money for a mediocre product. You won’t get anymore of my business
