Product came in rotting. Separated out 5 pounds of rotten chile. Called and sent email. You responded that I will get 5 more pounds to replace. That was fine. Four days later ( due to work schedule) I went to roast that 20 pounds just to find that another 5 pounds or so had rotted. The chiles that did survive wer wrinkly and limp. Just a bad experience. I even paid for better shipping to reduce this possibility. Thus happened last time I ordered a few years back.
