When I received my order, the tamales, rellanos and chimichangas were defrosted. The single ice pack, (I assume it was an ice pack) was totally melted. I reached out to the company and was told I should have paid for the expedited shipping and that the food still be safe to eat.
I paid a lot of money for the food and the packing/shipping was far below my expectation. The response from the company conveyed to me that they really didn't care if the food was spoiled or not.
I will not be ordering from this company again.
