“I sent a message letting you know that when I received my package one if the jars was broken ordered one hot green chili and two red green hot chili one of the red green was broken poor packaging other than that I enjoy your priduct”

If you click on the word SHOP then arrow down. You will find the list of ALL products. “The chili rellenos were tough to cut, but had good taste. The green chili pork tamales were really tasty, could be better worth more meat added and some cheese.”

“Overall, my experience with the business itself was rather good. For example, when I contacted them with a question, they answered promptly. I'm a native New Mexican who lives in New York City; I've been purchasing green chile from another business for years but that business now appears to be closed. Whereas the chile that I ordered from the Hatch Chile Store is certainly tasty, I ordered hot chile and what I received is really mild. Hopefully, the other packages of chile that were part of my order will actually have some heat.”

“I’ve ordered from the Hatch Chile Store for a few years now and have never had an issue until this delivery. To be fair, the chile is flavorful and pretty accurate to the right heat level. If you miss smelling the roasters, the smell of flavor of this will bring you home. My only issue this time was that one of the packages opened and there was freezer burn. Thus the four stars. Really should be about 4 3/4 stars.And yes, this makes me one of those people who gets 10 great packages and then just complains about the 11th bad one. I’ll own that.”

“I know hand made but the cross was much shorter on left side than right. Was disappointed the shape wasn’t as good a in years past. The circle one was perfect. Was wanting to order another cross but am leaning towards not as I am afraid it will be shorter on on side.”

“The items that were shipped frozen arrived 5 days after shipment and thawed. Not happy about this as I preordered To have in time for Christmas As someone who lives alone, 6 dozen tamale’s was a bit too much for me to cook and eat. I guess I won’t be ordering again”
