“Hello Preston family from the New England area of CT. Recently we had our 4th annual chile roast which I started after growing up in Albuquerque and sharing with now many of my friends who love them. We have gone from 50lbs a season to now just recently of 250#'s and next year will be even bigger I'm sure. I would just like to share that I had asked my friends to purchase their own quantities and use the guarantee fresh shipping method which they did. Unfortunatly one 25# box showed up with some rotten ones in it and heard he was only compensated for a portion of the order. I am disappointed that this was the case. He was able to salvage some fresh ones but the fact that they didn't come as fresh as the other 225lbs gives him some concern when he cooks them. I just wanted to share this with you because I want participants to trust me when they order and pay extra for the quarantee fresh shipping. Regards, Jeff”

“The box was open when delivered and all of what I ordered were starting to thaw out. I put all of the packages in my freezer to refreeze them and I'm hoping they will be okay Christmas day. I didn't take pictures of the becouse I have never found this to be of help because it seems that when I complan it just gets ignored,”

“The product is wonderful. I wish we had a grocer close to us that stocked it. My only concern is the shipping costs are pretty steep. I am a single user so I only order three jars at a time. Hatch products are the best.”

“Purchased a 13" wreath and 2 chili ristras. They were sent to Redmond, Oregon from New Mexico. The purchased items arrived in great shape. However, for a company that ships worldwid, the recipients stated that the items had no packing. It's a miracle they arrived so nicely.”

“I had lived in New Mexico for 30 years. The tamales were too thin. I know some people might prefer the yellow corn masa but I like the white and it is much more traditional. I'm stuck away from home and that is what I'm looking for. This seemed more like a Guadamalan recipe than a New Mexican. Offer more choices and I'm your best customer.”
