I ordered pork & chicken tamales with the chili sauce … the tamales showed up and I still have not received the sauce …. By the time the sauce comes they will no longer be fresh as I had to freeze then …. You should ship everything together . This was a expensive order for us and we wanted to have them when they arrived Will not order again

I was suppose to get Red Chile Rellenos but got a mix of red and green in each bag. Not sure how that happened . The rellenos were good but I wanted Red Chile Rellenos only. Now I'm being pressured to change my review !!! Not changing until I get 3 12 packs of RED CHILE RELLENOS WITH NO MIXED GREEN ONES IN THEM !!!

I believe I did address you concern: Myrna Valerio Today at 8:14 AM Hello Michael, The Red Rellenos are the more mature Hatch Green Chile. Some of the Chiles will be looking like a blend of the 2 and some are solid red. I am very sorry about this. We do categorize them under "Red" due to the maturity of the chile. I does taste a little smokier and hotter than the early harvest green. Hope this helps. Myrna

Your online program added items to my cart automatically that I looked at. I called immediately leaving a message and request to call me, but customer service is not available on a weekend. Only problems are availble on weekends. My order was processed Monday morning. Late that afternoon, some text attempt was made to say my order had already shipped, so sorry it's not going to be fixed. So my birthday gift has travelled across country and is definitely not what I intended to order. I really appreciated the statement of it being my poblem, and will not order again from your business. Giving me a discount on a future order does not make this birthday a happy one.

I have been ordering fresh chilis in bulk from the hatch chili store without issues until august 2025 when I received rotten chilis that were growing black rot aka:mold! no one would even speak or respond to me to resolve this! I sent 14 Emails: heres proof and not ONE RESPONSE! Today they see this and respond... bad business.

I received the herb I ordered but not the 6 jars of chile nor any word on when it might arrive. I live in a very cold area and need to know approximately arrival time so I can watch for it.

The chilies were tough The breading didn't stay on during the frying process. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend.

You ask me if I would like to revise my review. The answer is NO. How disappointing that Hatch Chili has made no attempt to reach out to a unhappy customer with a problem.

I ordered hot but received mild there emailed Angel in how we can make tis right. Angel said there was nothing to be done because I ordered mild. I NEVER order mild. I'll be ordering another source from now on. I've referred multiple people to oreder from Hatch but now I will tell them otherwise.

I placed an order several days before Christmas and paid extra for two-day air delivery. However, the package is not scheduled to arrive until January 8. The company did not bother to tell me that my gift is VERY delayed - Pony Express would have been faster! I found out from UPS. Last time I will order from Hatch.

I ordered Xtra hot fresh and unfortunately received inferior product. They refused to reship or refund based on “policy”. After many years of purchases, the one time I had an issue and they refused to make it right.

We were not notified that it had been shipped only had a confirmation. So we received the package a day later. The contents were thawed but still cold so we put it in the freezer. I fixed the items as I had before when we had ordered these items. They did not taste good and if there was any chicken I never found any. Less than an hour after I was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. My husband was shortly after. I bought hundreds of dollars worth but have decided to throw it all away.

I ordered 4 jars of salsa that cost me with delivery on the 23rdof November and i still havent recived it very dissapointed i definatly won't be ordering anything from your company again, i was looking forward of trying your salsa , but still havent got it.

This tastes nothing like I thought it would. I don’t know what kind of chile was used to make this but I was expecting the taste of hatch dried red chile like used to make enchiladas sauce. This smells and taste like it has tomatoes in it and is sweet tasting. Very very disappointed and I spent 70 some dollars for six jars and shipping. And I don’t know what to do with it.

First order was lost , next order delayed and arrived spoiled , ordered jars of chili this time , thinking that would be the easiest and they say the truck broke and they done know when my order will be sent . They got too big for their britches .

Have ordered from this business before and had a couple of issues but this last time taught me to never order from them again. Ordered xhot chili for the simple reason that that is what we like. Received the equivalent of lettuce and when I called to question if I could possibly get what I ordered and paid for I was offered 20% off my next order. Explanation was that the weather had not cooperated so I was sent what they had. Asked for supervisor callback, never received any. Native of Mimbres Valley, we know our Chile.

Nothing like as advertised, wasn’t very good and definitely not worth $25 but the worst part is after a year they went and charged me again for a new order and won’t answer their business phone to or call me back. So they just decide to charge people who they have your info already . Shady business practices

Unfortunately we had many issues with shipping Chile was spoiled and moldy, some shipments didn’t arrive because shipping company threw it away because it was spoiled and we ended up with green chile with no spice or flavor. We’ve ordered before and it was great, this year unfortunately was a disappointment.
