I grew up in NM and the the one thing I miss the most is the food especially the Hatch green chile. It’s hard to get it in the pacific north west I’ve tried different companies. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was to find your company. The green chile is amazing I finally can make authentic Mexican food again!! I love it you have a customer for life!!
