I ordered a 5 LB box for my sister in NH. It arrived okay, but the chile is barely roasted, and the medium is less than mild at best! The excellent chile flavor is missing, it tastes like we're eating bell peppers. We had to add a jar of Southwest 505 Chile to improve upon the VERY expensive $80 box of chile.
As a native New Mexican I was appalled and embarrassed for talking this chile up so grandly only to be completely disappointed.
