“I ve been purchasing for years now the Xhot fresh green chiles and always been happy with them. This year's patch has no spice at all. I dont know if I received Xhot but they are like Mild.”

“I'll start by saying I have ordered from this company since 2018. Unfortunately this company only gives 2 days notice from when they will ship. The 25 lbs box I ordered this year arrived when I was unable to process the box for 2 days after its arrival. A full 2/3's of the box had already started to go bad. I notified the company and was told since I did not process them right away that it was my fault. I then ordered a 10 lbs box to make up for the loss of the 1st box. I was notified yesterday that the box would ship in 2 days. I promptly emailed back asking them to push the shipment to next week as I was going to be out of town when the new box arrived. (at the bottom of the email it says email us immediately if the address is not correct), this tells me they have the ability to make changes to the shipping process if necessary. The email I received back said since the shipping label was already created there was nothing they could do.”

“The orderng experience was fine. I ordered mild, whole hatch chilies. They didn't have the least amount of kick. I can find more spice in a mild can at the regular grocery store. I guess if you want kick you have to move up to hot.”

“This is the third year we bought 🥵 diced green 🌶️ from this vendor. The order process is easy and good selection, but it’s not as hot as hoped. The dicing keeps getting larger. Almost an inch in some cases. And I wish they would state the variety. Extremely quick and perfect delivery.”

“Rista were beautiful. However, the twine that was used was not very good and/or not placed on tightly. Some chiles fell off and had to zip-tie them. They were beautiful though!”

“Everyone is very helpful in ordering. The only issue I have with my frozen, chopped green chili is that there is still a fair amount of skin peels on it. It was explained during the covid year(s) the workers could not get into the chili as well & that was the reason for the amount of peel left on the chili. But this years order still had more peel than pre covid period. I have to take time to clean it more before I actually use it which is frustrating.”
