Well, I was refunded for a product that was unavailable for roughly two months after ordering. Nothing on your website indicated that the product wasn’t available when I placed my order. Love to give a small family run my business but this transaction didn’t go well. Ray Aigner

Can't say I am to impressed with your online ordering. Ordered 10lbs of chopped hot green chili on Sept. 22. Was finally informed you would start shipping, next communication was your out of the chopped but you can substitute Whole with a $5.00 conveniance refund. Not sure I will order from you anymore, too unreliable. Still havent received any chili as of today Nov. 20th. Cant answer of your survey questions below because I havent received chili yet.

Some of the chilies I received were rotten. The were not pack with any kind of ice pack and spoiled.

Hello, I ordered the $35 box of Hot Red Chile. First if all, half of the order was rotten and the box was wet and of course, had a very bad odor. More important to me was the chile was not Hot as I requested. I do wish I would receive what I paid for. This is the second time ordering and unfortunately will be the last. Thank you

I ordered Sanidia hot. It was very mild and not hot at all. Very disappointed. Please send my money back or send some some HOT Chile to me.

The 20 lb order of hot hatch came in days later than expected, over 3 lbs of the chili were rotten, the chili had a foul stench about it and did not smell anything like the hatch I’m used to… I purchased a box of hatch earlier this year from a local grocer and the quality, taste and smell were all far superior to the product I received from your company… So far, the chili is not hot, most of it is mild, sometimes medium heat… I’m sorry to leave such a bad review but I have to be honest… I was extremely disappointed… Thank you for the opportunity to share with you.

5 lbs of chilies. 35 chilies are usable on average per box, after discarding spoiled peppers. That's way over $1 per chilie, not including shipping. The chilies that are not spoiled taste good and look good. Whether it's worth it or not, I could not say. It would be cheaper to go to New Mexico and just get a 50 lb bag for the same price.

The Chile were rotten I had a wet box leaking juices. There were cockroaches in the box. I throw out over thirty pods because they were slimy rotten. I paid for 2 day shipping but the box was packed and shipped on September 28th and the leaking box arrived at my house on October 4th.

I was not impressed with my experience. Started with the shipping of my product I had to call twice and finally told that they were waiting on the harvest and then after receiving my order… I do not believe that I received 10 lbs if Chile but I was informed that they do weigh it before packaging and asked to weigh it at my home but it was too late because I had already began to roast…. And finally my FUEGO hatch peppers not HOT at all. I probably received a mild peppers Instead of my requested order. I have previously purchased XXHOT and I know what fuego peppers are. Regardless I will not be ordering in the future.

This year the shipment was significantly decomposed. Hatch Chile Store was responsive in issuing credit. Seems some level of 2021 economics ended chiles screened for shipment and shelf life. Covid, global warming, excess rain before harvest, and so on. Hope package delivery of kick-a**Big Jim chiles gets back to normal ASAP. Best wishes for next year.

I'm still waiting for half my order. I paid for 2 day shipping. First 25 pounds came on Friday after being packed on a Tuesday. 3 days. I have yet to receive the other 25 pounds. Having lived in NM for 7 years, the hot peppers I bought were not ripe.

Peppers arrived in poor condition. Standard delivery took 5 days not the 3 days that I expected. I feel that packing 25 lbs of peppers in a single box with no dividers contributes to the problem.

Half of my order (I paid for the 2 day shipping) was moldy on arrival. Not nearly as good as previous years. So disappointing...

Normally have a good experience with this company, but this year I had about 5 spoiled chiles in the box, and most of the rest were wrinkled.

So poorly packed (thrown in without any care) that the chiles ae broken, poked, etc. Of course, it means that even with 2-day shipping, damaged chiles were rotting and affecting all the adjacent chiles.
