It was a nightmare of getting two simple orders (both bundles) straightened out re shipping, which I paid extra for, and shipping department ignored, and forgetting half the order. I have bought many of your products which we love, including fresh Big Jim’s and when those fresh chilies arrived spoiled you did replace them. So why these orders got all screwed up I don’t know.
