We ordered 15 pounds of hot roasted chopped chile. The package says "Hot" but unfortunately, the chili is mild to medium at best... even my wife who does not like spicy food is eating the chili.
We have had great success in the past and wonder if a packaging problem is responsible for the lack of spice in this shipment.
We would like for the issue to be corrected.
