“The product speaks for itself. The service goes above and beyond. After I was told that my order was being shipped, I found that I had to be away for a few days, and I asked that Hatch delay sending my frozen chile fix. They did so, and it arrived a day after I returned home. Thanks, Hatch, for ensuring the safe arrival of your superb chiles!”

“Big fan of Hatch Chile Store. Their frozen chilis are great when the harvest is gone. We tried the red tamales for the first time to take advantage of a discount and were very impressed with them. We make our own often and would rank them just below, for pride's sake.”
