“We moved to the East Coast, after decades in California. We were used to the best Mexican food. I found your site, and have ordered many items. All are excellent, and so authentic tasting. My test is a chili relleno, and you guys delivered. LOVE YOUR STUFF”

“Hatch chiles are the best! They're another reason to be thankful I met my (late) husband, who introduced me to them. Nothing beats fresh chile made from a Hatch ristra! My son can't get enough of the chile Colorado I make often for him and his family.”

“I recently purchased a Ristra from The Hatch Chile Store. The Ristra was in perfect condition. It was packed well and the shipping was fast. Also, it took no time to order it and easy. It was like old home week for me, because I used to live in Albuquerque for a couple years and I fell in love with the area and everything about. The smell of Piñon burning in the Fall and Ristras hanging by doorways of homes. Thank you for being those fond memories back. Thank you and I will enjoy the Ristra.”

“HATCH CHILE STORE IS PRIMO!!! I have been sending out of state family members who cannot get our Hatch green chile, and they love it. All of your products are high quality, flavorful, and wonderful to keep on hand and in the freezer to eat. Thank you for making my life easier with family missing their green chile.”

“There is know comparison to what we get in the stores or those little cans. The chilis add more flavor and have a better taste the ones I get in a normal store I now wonder how long they were canned you can’t beat the taste of Hatches chilis”

“Love there products. I use to live in NM and always missed the food. I was so happy when I found the hatch store. I get fix all year round now. They always have the best customer service and back their products and deliveries. It is worth the extra money to protect your delivery in case UpS messes up. Thank you for your awesomeness”
