“As a former New Mexican, I'm pickly about my green chile. The Hatch Chile Store has been consistently sending my freezer a stash of green chile for several years. The quality of the product as well as the packaging has been on point. The customer service is also prompt with their communications.”

“I received my 2.5 foot Chili Ristras today. All's I can say is that it is gorgeous. It is to replace one that I have had hanging in my kitchen for the last five year's that I had bought during a trip to Sedona. Thank you to Merna who helped in the order of this. “We ordered from the Hatch Chile Store because good tamales are hard to find in Pennsylvania. It was a good choice, because they were delicious. My husband loved tamales, having lived in New Mexico for years. I ate one, not expecting to like them. Tamales have never been my thing. I scoffed up every bit of it, and even though I want my hubby to enjoy them, I can't wait to eat another. I never thought I would crave a tamale. Quick ship. Everything was perfect. They were carefully packaged.”
