“Very happy for your small family source to acquire New Mexico chile , as a Native displaced New Mexican! I’m always pleased with your service and product with the only exception being non corn husk wrapped Tamales ….. I want the authentic corn husk wrapper !”

“We love the Hatch Chile Chile rellenos. Quality and taste are phenomenal, especially considering they are delivered frozen. Quick and easy to prepare. Best choice if you can't order in the Mesilla Valley or your local "Mexican Restaurant" doesn't serve them the NM way.”
