“New Mexican turned Floridian and have to have my green chilies. Hatch provides the best price with shipping. This year I ordered fresh and roasted it myself. My hot batch was perfect fresh from the box. My medium batch had maybe 10 or so bad chilis out of the 25lbs I ordered and 3 chilis that had been cut in half or damaged during harvesting. I completely understand considering the mass amount they harvest but there are others that would probably make take issues with that. So just a heads up to Hatch. Thank you Hatch for keeping my chili habit alive 🤣🤣😂😂. We’ll see you next year!”

“I purchased the frozen roasted chile. They arrived completely frozen, the packaging was perfect. The chiles were laid flat in a heavy plastic bag. There are 5 big bags full. These bags are then placed in the perfect shipping component. These people go out of their way to protect our food. Nice job!”

“I have had Hatch chilies before and love them. I bought the hot ones, charred and froze them so I’m ready to rock and roll with recipes. These were very fresh and my kitchen smelled awesome when I was charring them. Hope to buy more in the future.”
