“I love Hatch chiles and it's so great to have them available frozen year round. Among the dishes I make is a Hatch Chile Chimichurri/Chicken/White Bean and Rice soup (photo) — just add Chimichurri sauce to chicken stock, cook some white beans and purée some of them, shred some chicken, put all in the pot with leftover cooked rice — and Hatch chiles! I top it with grated cheddar. Sour cream would also be welcome. It's one of our favorite soups.”

“Hatch Chili's are awesome! I lived in NM for over 30 years. Every year looked forward to the chili harvest. I recently moved to East, TN. Tennessee doesn't know what hatch chili is. I found the Hatch Chili store online and couldn't be happier. This year I had a shipping problem with my order. It was only an email and phone call to the store and employee, Angel took care of the problem by promptly replaced my order. Superb service! Excellent product. Delivery as promised and stated online! If you are one that left a bad review... SHAME ON YOU! No need to look any further. Thank you! Debe F.”

“I am happy! My Medium Hatch Chilies finally arrived in perfect order. I made a big batch of Green Chili and had it for dinner, and breakfast too! Yes, they are expensive, but so easy to use because they are cleaned. Thank you for your wonderful service.”

“After moving from Texas up to the Northwest availability of Chile was very limited so I started buying all my chilis from The Hatch Chile Store. I always keep a nice supple of Roasted and frozen Chiles and a nice selection of the jarred Chiles. All I can say is thank you Hatch Chile Store you not only have great Chiles but you have always been a pleasure to work with,excellent customer service. Tom”

“I have been buying green and red chilis for many years from Hatch. They have always been absolutely delicious, fresh and well worth the wait and the money to ship them to me in Florida. I just received my reds and have roasted them. Just delicious as were the Big Jim’s. This company will make it right if for any reason you are dissatisfied which is highly unlikely. Cannot wait to make some delicious rellenos ! Thank you HATCH Chile Store.”

“I placed my order for a 25lb box of medium heat Hatch Chilie, like magic, my order was processed, my tracking information quickly followed. My UPS driver was smiling as he carried my box to the door, "this smells great", he said as he handed my box over to me. My first box is roasted and ready for processing, just ordered a second box HOT which I splitting with my nephew who also ordered his own box of medium Hatch Chile when he saw my post on FB.”
