“There was a mixup in the info I received on my delivery date. I contacted them and they promptly responded back to me and explained the mixup. Very pleased with the handling of the mixup and with my chile order that was delivered a day earlier than expected. Would Definitely Recommend The Hatch Chile Store. Great taste and Great Service.”

“Good quality and arrived firm and fresh, inspite of warm weather. We were impatient for our chiles, so the delays in harvesting and shipping in NM made us concerned. But the order arrived fine and we'll order again‼️”

“I couldn’t be happier with my first purchase of fresh chiles, except I got one extra hot one in my box of mild. It was so hot it made an entire batch of fresh tomato salsa too hot for me. I knew it was hot because it smelled hot. It was my fault for using it. So if super hot is your preference, they have them! The freshness of the chiles is so much better than the grocery store. Funny story is my UPS driver said he could smell them in his truck. He said he was from Las Cruces and thought. “I know that smell - it’s Hatch chiles!” He said it smelled like roasting chiles and probably so since it’s 105° here in Texas and that truck was much hotter. My son and I split a box and they were happy with theirs too.”

“We received our mild Hatch chilies in Wednesday and they were spot on in flavor and quality. We followed the recommended directions to unbox, rinse, and store them in the fridge until roasting them. We've already enjoyed Hatch Chile burgers, and an adaptation of Chile Verde......so good, and nothing beats that Hatch flavor!”

“I ordered a box of the Big Jim chiles. They arrived fresh and I roasted them the next day. My husband has never had fresh chile before and thought the flavor was so unique! Not too hot with a smoky flavor. I will be ordering again!”
